Last night Kelti had the opportunity to go up to the LDS Conference Center in Salt Lake and be part of the filming of a new broadcast for the youth of the Church. The film is being made to promote the theme for the youth in 2009. It will be broadcast world wide in January.
Kelti came home so pumped up and excited about it. She loved being able to see the Church leaders and be with all the other youth there. The Conference Center holds about 21,000 people. Can you imagine that many youth and their leaders...crazy. She was about 7 rows from the front and cameras all around. Anyway, she had a great experience. I'm so glad that we live here in Utah so that my kids have these opportunities.

Kylie went up with their youth group. As she tells it, they got there, sat in the car a while, waited to get parked, parked, walked around, waited, walked some more, waited, returned to the car and went home.
There were so many people there, that she was unable to get in.
That's so aewsome, what a great experience for her to be part of, which she will take with her, how cool, we are lucky to live in such a great place..
Kelti is lucky! That is an awesome experience. They were too full for Kylie's youth group, maybe next time. I'd love to have Kelti tell Ky about it. She came home pretty frustrated with the night. ;) Poor girl, she's having a difficult adjustment.
That's too bad that Ky didn't get in. Kelti was seriously walking on air when she got home. Sounds like Ky might be in need of some Kelti time...sleepover in order?!
Wow! That is cool. I can't wait to see it and look for Kelti.
